We are compiling an extensive database of candidates in emerging markets and enabling employers to view and select compelling candidates 24 hours a day. Because Assured Labor leverages mobile phones employers can start interviewing candidates in hours instead of weeks. To top it off Assured Labor guarantees success allowing employers to re-post jobs for no additional cost if employers are not completely satisfied with the candidates sourced through Assured Labor.
Assured Labor’s founding team has traveled the globe to create an elegantly simple solution rugged enough for the pace of emerging markets. Founded at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology the company launched its Latin American brand, EmpleoListo, in the fall of 2009.

Today, over 4 billion people have cell phones while only 1.5 billion people have consistent access to the internet. 66% of internet users in emerging markets do not have computers at home, meaning they access the internet sporadically from out of house locations, such as internet cafés.
