David Reich (President)
David brings expertise in wireless, media, innovation and international start-ups to the Assured Labor team. Prior to Assured Labor, David worked as an Equity Research Analyst covering the wireless telecommunications, media broadcasting and enterprise software sectors at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. and at CreditSights. While at Bernstein, David contributed to published research for the wireless equipment and media broadcasting teams Ranked #1 and #2 respectively by Institutional Investor Magazine. Before Wall Street, David worked as a strategy and technology consultant at Accenture. Recently, David spent his past summer working at HBS Professor Clayton Christensen's Innovation consulting firm, Innosight, consulting companies on innovation and developing disruptive start-ups while based in India.
David has advised start-ups in the United States, Singapore, Brazil, India and the United Kingdom and has been quoted in multiple publications including Bloomberg, Reuters and the Financial Times.com as a Wireless expert. David received his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. He has a B.S. in Industrial Distribution Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Siddhartha Goyal (Technology)
Sidd is an expert in mobile development and integrating enterprise systems into mobile application environments. As a founding member of Isovia Inc. he lead effort to build Isovia’s mobile runtime framework, and was responsible for backend systems integration for Isovia’s mobile SFA application with Oracle database servers. After the sale of Isovia to JPMobile he conducted research in MIT’s Oxygen Research Group, developing a system to allow software agents to dynamically discover services within a peer-to-peer network.
His most recent experience was at Palm, where as a member of the email solutions group he served as the lead architect in developing the framework to synchronize email and PIM data between Palm’s smartphones and the Linux based Foleo platform. While at Palm he filed two patents in the area of synchronization technologies. Siddhartha received his B.S and M.Eng. degrees in Computer Science from MIT.

Ximena Fernandez Ordonez (Business Development)
Ximena has extensive experience in development, social policy, labor markets and gender issues. She has worked for the United Nations Department of Economic Social Affairs (UNDESA) and the PENT Foundation, a social policy think tank in Argentina. She has also provided consulting services for several companies, including General Electric Healthcare, in Corporate Social Responsibility Issues. She has also advised the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the Red Cross and other organizations in Latin America and Asia in their field operations.
Ximena is a Fulbright and Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Scholar and her academic experience includes a master's in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a Master's in Design and Management of Social Policies and Programs at Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO), a Graduate Diploma in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation (UBA) and a BA in International Studies at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT).

Joseph Bamber (Product Management and Marketing)
Joseph Bamber has experience in web development, project management, and online marketing and technology sales. Before coming to Sloan, Joseph lived and worked in Nashville, TN. He has traveled extensively through Eastern Europe, where he worked for over a year with a non-profit in Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, Bosnia, and Croatia. After Europe, Joseph focused on Technology Sales to SMB customers at Dell Computers. Joseph also worked in IT project management while launching his own web consulting firm.
Joseph most recently worked in marketing at HubSpot, a Cambridge based internet startup providing unique search engine marketing and internet marketing software, where he was part of the company in a crucial time as it doubled its customer base in two months and closed its first round of venture capital funding. Joseph received his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. He holds a bachelors degree in Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.

Matt Albrecht (Operations and Finance)
Matt's experience lies in early-stage ventures, international marketing, operations, and finance. He spent five years at MFS Investment Management holding positions in operations, marketing, and equity research with a focus on renewable energy. Over the last two years he has advised non-profits, start-ups, and large multi-national corporations on sustainability and market strategy, and new venture creation.
Most recently, Matt worked in Citizens Energy's venture group where he managed the development of several industrial and consumer good businesses. Matt received his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management where he was part of the inaugural Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program and was a Board Fellow with the Boston Museum of Science. Matt holds a BA in Political Science from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.

Joe Bondi (Software Architect)
With over nine years of professional software engineering experience, Joe is currently a senior software engineer at Draper Laboratory, designing and developing advanced mission systems for aerospace and defense operations. Prior to Draper, Joe developed enterprise database and web solutions for Lionbridge Technologies (globalization systems) and Cimage NovaSoft (document and workflow management systems), and co-founder of Cadimus Technologies (developed an interactive music manager and entertainment system).
Board of Advisors

Nitzan Shaer
Nitzan Shaer holds more than 12 years of global business experience in the telecommunications and consumer software spaces. Most recently he served as Chief Operating Officer and as a Board Member at MOBIVOX, a telecommunications startup. Previously, Nitzan founded and managed the Mobile Product Group at Skype, where he led the development and marketing efforts to enable Skype on mobile phones. Prior to his tenure at Skype, Nitzan served as Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, where he managed the development of three emerging businesses in the company’s Mobile and Embedded Division. Earlier in his career, Nitzan managed Business Development and Marketing in Europe at Brightcom Technologies, a company focused on the development of Bluetooth applications. Nitzan also served as a Captain in the Israel Air Force, and graduated first in his class from the Air Force Academy. In addition, Nitzan led venture investment in a number of start-up companies in his role of Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Flybridge Capital Partners in Boston.
Nitzan graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Technion and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in Boston with his wife and son and enjoys mountain climbing in his spare time.

Sandy Pentland
Professor Alex (Sandy) Pentland is a pioneer in organizational engineering, mobile information systems, and computational social science. Sandy’s focus is the development of human-centered technology, and the creation of ventures that take this technology into the real world.
He directs the Digital Life Consortium, a group of more than twenty multinational corporations exploring new ways to innovate, and oversees the Next Billion Network, established to support aspiring entrepreneurs in emerging markets, and the EPROM entrepreneurship program in Africa. He is among the most-cited computer scientists in the world, and in 1997 Newsweek magazine named him one of the 100 Americans likely to shape this century.
